I recently ran out of excuses for not getting an iPhone. After the price dropped to $399, I waived the white flag and was forced to pull the trigger. My contract was up with T-Mobile, I needed a new cell phone, what else should I wait for? So I made the leap and all I can say is the device lives up to the hype, and actually exceeded my expectations. After the success of the iPod, I was a little worried this could be Steve Jobs version of The Phantom Menace. But it’s not, it’s more like The Empire Strikes Back. If you are waiting for the next generation to come out, you are wasting your time.
